With the new updates coming into effect tomorrow on some social media platforms, including IG, I will be deleting the FB and IG apps on my phone.

I will access post comments and messages once a day during the week from my desktop.

As social media platforms extend their reach into our personal and private information & are continuing to censor and remove information related to naturally oriented medicines, treatments and recommendations, I am hopping & skipping over to Telegram, a secure network that does not censor what I have loved to do for 15 years.
